Terms of Use

By accessing or using Master Quote Hub, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Master Quote Hub is operated by Jorge Garcia, an individual based in Texas.

Master Quote Hub is intended for business use by users age 18 or older. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and are using it for business purposes.

Master Quote Hub is provided as a beta. Features may change, be limited, or be interrupted while we continue developing the product.

• Master Quote Hub is free during Beta.
• No credit card is required during Beta.
• Paid subscription plans may be introduced in the future, with advance notice before any paid plan begins.
• Any future paid plan is offered on a monthly basis with no long-term contract.
• Using the Beta does not grant lifetime access or a permanent right to free access after Beta ends.

Beta access uses an email-based one-time code. You are responsible for the email account you use to access the beta and for activity that occurs through your access. Keep your one-time codes confidential and do not share your access.

You can explore parts of the application through “Browse without access,” but saving and previewing quotes requires Beta access, and certain other protected actions may also require access. Browsing without access does not create an authenticated Beta account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Interfere with other users' use of the service.
• Misuse the service in a way that could harm Master Quote Hub or others.

During beta, your quotes, customers, and settings are stored primarily in your browser's local storage on the device you use. The service does not automatically synchronize this data across devices. Clearing your browser storage may remove locally stored information, and you are responsible for keeping your own records as needed.

Our handling of authentication, in-app feedback, and limited Beta usage telemetry is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for reviewing every quote, including prices, quantities, taxes, costs, notes, and terms, before relying on it or sharing it with a customer. Master Quote Hub is a tool to help you prepare quotes; the final accuracy and business decisions are yours.

Master Quote Hub does not guarantee profit, tax accuracy, pricing accuracy, customer acceptance, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

Master Quote Hub, including its software, design, and content, is owned by its operator and is protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. The quotes and business content you create remain yours.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them to improve Master Quote Hub without obligation or compensation to you.

We may suspend or end access to the beta, in whole or in part, at any time, including if we believe these terms have been violated or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Quote Hub and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the beta.

You agree to be responsible for your use of the service and, to the extent permitted by law, to hold the operator harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of Master Quote Hub after an update means you accept the updated terms.
