This policy applies to the Master Quote Hub beta website and application. It does not cover third-party websites or services that you may reach through links.

• Your name and email address when you request beta access.
• Authentication information needed to verify your beta access, such as a one-time code sent to your email.
• Any information you choose to include when you contact us for support, feedback, or privacy requests.

To verify beta access, we use an email-based one-time code and an authentication session. Session information keeps you signed in to the beta and associates your beta access with your email. To maintain your signed-in state, authentication session information is stored in your browser.

When you verify beta access, we create or update a beta profile record associated with your account. Depending on the information available at the time, this record may include:

• Your name, when you provide it.
• Your email address.
• A source label that indicates how you reached the beta access step.
• The referring page, when your browser provides one.
• Your browser's user-agent string.
• The time of your most recent beta access.
• Identifiers and timestamps that our database assigns and manages for this record.

Supabase provides the authentication and database services used to create and store this beta profile record. We use this information to operate beta access, keep you signed in, and understand basic beta participation. We do not use it for advertising.

Like most websites, our hosting and email providers may automatically process standard technical information needed to operate and secure the service, which can include items such as log data, the referring page, and your browser or device user-agent when applicable. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.

The customer and quote business data you enter into the quote builder — including customers, quotes, quote drafts, quote-numbering sequences, and settings — is stored locally in your browser on the device you use. During normal quote creation, saving, previewing, and printing, this quote-builder data is not transmitted to or stored by Master Quote Hub.

We also store small essential preferences, such as your selected theme and language, and authentication session information used to maintain your signed-in state, in your browser. This information stays on your device and is not automatically synced across devices. Clearing your browser storage may remove this locally stored information.

This local-only handling applies to the quote builder. It does not apply to information you separately and intentionally submit through another feature, such as in-app feedback or a support request, which is handled as described elsewhere in this policy.

• To provide and operate the beta, including verifying beta access.
• To respond to your support, feedback, and privacy requests.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the service.
• To understand aggregate beta adoption and use of the main product flows, and to improve Master Quote Hub during beta.

The beta includes an optional in-app feedback feature. Feedback is voluntary. When you send feedback, you choose a feedback category and write a message. You may optionally give permission for us to contact you about that specific submission; this permission applies only to that submission and is not marketing consent.

Sending feedback requires an active authenticated session, and your feedback may be associated with your authenticated beta account. Each feedback submission also includes limited context: the app area you were on (as a general label, not a full web address), the app version, and the date and time of submission.

Feedback does not automatically attach your quotes, customers, artwork, pricing, quantities, stitch counts, notes, or other quote-form content. Because the message is free text, it may contain information you choose to type, so please do not include sensitive customer, quote, pricing, or credential details in feedback.

When the limited Beta usage telemetry feature is enabled, we collect a small amount of first-party product-usage information from registered beta users who are signed in with a valid authenticated session. Anonymous “Browse without access” visitors do not generate this telemetry.

Telemetry is limited to five workflow events: opening the app while signed in, opening the New Quote workflow, saving a quote, opening a quote preview, and starting a quote print (internally recorded as authenticated_app_opened, quote_creation_opened, quote_saved, quote_preview_opened, and quote_print_started).

For each event, we store the event type and the app version, which your browser submits, together with your authenticated account identifier and the event time, which our database controls. This account identifier is pseudonymous rather than fully anonymous.

This telemetry does not include customer identity or contact details, quote IDs or numbers, quote content, pricing, quantities, stitch counts, placement, notes, terms you enter, form values, full web addresses, query strings, screenshots, page recordings, keystrokes, or session replay. We use it only to measure aggregate beta adoption and use of the main product flows so we can improve the beta. We do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not sell telemetry data. This first-party telemetry is stored using Supabase.

We use the following providers to operate Master Quote Hub:

• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• Supabase — beta authentication, the associated profile record, in-app feedback storage, and limited Beta usage telemetry storage.
• Resend — delivery of authentication and service emails.
• Hostinger Email — our support email.

These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services.

The limited Beta usage telemetry described above is first-party and is used only to understand aggregate beta usage. Separately from that telemetry:

• We do not use third-party advertising analytics such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel.
• We do not use behavioral advertising or nonessential advertising trackers.
• We do not use cross-context behavioral advertising or session replay.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell telemetry data.

If we offer optional marketing communications in the future, we will do so separately and describe them at that time. We do not currently operate a marketing opt-in system.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the beta, provide support, and meet our legitimate operational needs. Information stored in your browser remains until you or your browser remove it. You can ask us about removing beta access information by contacting support@masterquotehub.com.

Raw Beta usage telemetry events may be retained for up to 12 months and are reviewed when the beta ends. Aggregated and de-identified statistics may be retained for longer when operationally appropriate and legally permitted.

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website, service, or method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

The limited Beta usage telemetry described above is part of the registered beta when the feature is enabled, and there is no in-app per-user telemetry opt-out. “Browse without access” visitors are not eligible for registered-user telemetry unless they later obtain beta access and sign in. You can stop using registered beta access at any time.

You may contact us at support@masterquotehub.com with a privacy question or a request to access, correct, or delete your information. We will review your request and respond, subject to applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.

Master Quote Hub is intended for business users age 18 or older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of Master Quote Hub after an update means you accept the updated policy.
